In the third quarter of the current fiscal year, TVS Motor’s two-wheeler sales amounted to 8.3 lakh units compared to sales of 9.5 lakh units in the third quarter of the previous year. Sales of its three-wheelers increased by 17%, from 0.38 lakh units in the third quarter of the previous year to 0.44 lakh units in the third quarter of the current year. While the company’s total exports increased 13% from 2.6 lakh units in the third quarter of the previous year to 2.9 lakh units in the third quarter of the current fiscal year.

TVS Motor recently released the Apache RTR 165 RP motorcycle as part of its Race Performance (RP) series. The motorcycle, which will be limited to just 200 units, is priced at ??1.45 lakh (ex-showroom). The TVS RP series is inspired by the brand’s racing lineage that will debut in the TVS Apache motorcycle series, with the Apache RTR 165 RP being the first of the collectible lot.
